I like the girl peeking out from the other side of the door!
The girl at the bottom looks great, too. I like her outfit (the socks and slippers XP) and moreso I like the details on her outfit. The folds look really great, though on her sleeves I think you might have gone a bit overboard with them.
I'm not the biggest fan of digital textures, but I think whatever effect you used on the other side of the door fits really well.

Well, I thought about that at one point, that the sleeves were pushed up. It works to show that, but it still seems like there are too many folds...Maybe it would work better if instead of so many, the ones that were there were bigger?
...but then again, now that I think about it, when I push up my long sleeves they end up looking bigger and more fold-y than I'd like, so...XD
I dunno. I guess it works well to illustrate that they're pushed up, but having soo many fold lines on them makes them look a little too busy for me.
